Yes it's a strange title for an interview - I was joined by Simon Paul Sutton who spoke with open honesty about this struggle to 'find himself' after a troubled youth and how the key to 'peace and love' is within each one of us - and not to be found by 'mastering the art of distraction' of things OUTSIDE of ourselves...he had the courage to look within and find freedom...
An engaging interview that will hopefully inspire anyone who is struggling to find contentment in their lives.

I was recently interviewed by Ashlyn and felt I should leave a comment to show respect and appreciation to such a pure wonderful spirit on this unknown journey we are all embarking along. Ashlyn has a great spontaneous way of interviewing and trusts in her heart. You can always trust somebody who speaks from the heart. We are moving into a new consciousness and there are key figures supporting this awakening, Ashlyn is one of those lights as we move into a new realm.
